If product is damaged during shipping, or spoiled by any means, we will refund once we receive proof that the item does not uphold in terms of the description of the product and quality. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
As our products are food products we don’t accept returns. However if the product is damaged we will refund you as per our refund policy.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
