Sugar Free Granola

Ingredients

Did you know that most granola you find in the store is packed with sugars. Most of the time it has syrup, honey or just plain added sugar. So for all you sugar free lovers out there, here is a sugar free granola recipe that has all the crunch and sweetness but none of the sugars.

 

Ingredients 

- 2 cups oats
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 shredded coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp salt
3 egg whites
6 drops Vanilla Stevia Drops

 

Instructions

Step 1: Pre heat the oven to 300 degrees F
Step 2: Add all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir gently until the mixture is all coated
Step 3: Turn mixture onto cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes and stirring every 10 minutes
Step 4: Let the granola cool and add to a container - enjoy with your favourite yogurt, milk or smoothie bowls!
