Krunchy Keto Pecan Pie bars

- 4 Salty Caramel Nut Krunchy Keto bars
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup halved pecans
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup Sweet Like Syrup
- 1/2 cup Sweet Like Sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes


- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Step 2: In a food processor add 4 Salty Caramel Nut Krunchy Keto bars, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, combine until it mixed well.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly for about 1/2 inch thickness using the back of a spoon.
- Step 4: Bake the mixture for about 10 - 15 minutes until it becomes golden brown. Then remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- Step 5: Heat a medium sized skillet, add Sweet Like SyrupSweet Like Sugar, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, stir to combine and let it bubbles. Continue to cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
- Step 6: Add the halved and coarsely chopped pecans to the mixture and mix to coat completely.
- Step 7: Transfer the pecan mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly using spatula. Let it cool for 20 minutes over the counter and refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours to set completely.
- Step 8: Sprinkle the pecan bars with sea salt flakes. Using a sharp knife, slice the pecan bars into 2 inch square bars, serve as a dessert and enjoy!
