Keto Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 cup almond milk

¾ cup water

½ cup ice

2 tablespoons Good Good Blueberry Jam

2 tablespoons chia seeds



Place all the above ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour over two tall glasses with a straw and serve immediately.
